Please note: buyer should contact us in 7 days after you receive the dress if there are quality problems.Any complaint after 7 days of receiving will not be handled.
3. For the refund, please kindly note that you should pay 30%-40% re-stocking fee(of the dress price) for each dress.
Also shipping/handling/insurance/rush fee are not refundable.
4. Buyer should pay the return shipping fee.
5. Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging.
6. Once we authorize your return, we will give you an ARN (Authorized Return Number). Please write the ARN on the outside of the shipping box. any returns without the ARN will not be refunded.
7. When returning the dress,please write your order number on the outside of the shipping box. After you ship the dress out,please kindly tell us the tracking number and the tracking link by email.
8. All returns must be received within 7 days after receipt of ARN. If we do not receive dress in 7 days, we will not refund any money.
9. Refund is only after the return package is received.
10. No exchange to another size for custom-order dress.
Exchange for stock dresses,you need to pay the postages for shipping back and forth.
