You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. For most products, Helenebridal.com will offer you a choice of two shiping methods on the order information page at checkout. We will automatically ship through the best method based on the package's size, weight, and destination.
Our two available shipping methods are:

Expedited Shipping
Our fastest option ships to all major destinations in 2-4 business days. All Expedited Shipping for bulk orders are eligible for shipping discounts according to package size, weight and destination.

Standard Shipping
The most affordable option ships to all major destinations in 7-12 business days. All Standard Shipping for bulk orders are eligible for shipping discounts according to package size, weight and destination.

Before we can ship your order, Helenebridal.com has Preparation and inspection in process, in which we do strict Quality-control tests and carefully package items. All of this time is included in the processing time before shipping.

2. Calculating Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the number of items the size of your Package and the weight of your orders, as well as the shipping method chosen. The prices displayed on product information pages do not include shipping costs.

We have 2 methods to calculate shipping costs, Follow these steps to calculate shipping costs on any order:
Method 1:
(1)On the same page of product, beside of the pictures of product, Click the button "Calculate", You will be brought to "Shipping cost" column, still in the same page.
(2) Fill with Quantity and choose Country you want to ship to, then click "Calculate".
(3)There are 2 methods of shipping costs for you. Please note that it is not the end of Shopping, You have to go to the Top of this page to go on adding goods to Shopping cart. There comes the second method of Calculation.

Method 2:
(1) On the item's Product Details page, click on "Add to Cart"
(2) After Entering your Shopping Cart, you can Update Quantity, then fill with Receiving Address, Click the "Proceed to checkout".
(3) There comes to a page of 2 shipping Methods and Postage, You can choose either one.
