Shipping Date Estimates

Our "Shipping Date Estimate" is an estimate of how long it will take to tailor, inspect and package your item before shipping, Then there comes a date for shipping. We calculate estimated shipping dates once payment for an order has been confirmed and we begin processing the order. You will get a letter with estimated shipping date named as "Got Your Payment To ****" from HeleneBridal Service Center in your Email Inbox.

After we shipped your Package, a letter will be sent to your Email with Tracking No. named as "Delivery Confirmation To ***" from HeleneBridal Service Center.

All of the information we send to you will also appear in your HeleneBridal.com account the same time as we send letter.

We also provide the average shipping times for our different products so that you can calculate approximately when your items will reach their destination.

How are Shipping Date calculated?

Total time = Processing time + Shipping time
Processing time = Tailoring time + I
nspect and Package time

Please note:
1. The Processing Time or Delivery Time would maybe delayed by some External Causes which are invalid in Helenebridal's Total Time Schedule(Processing time + Shipping time) and Return Policy, Such as: Order placed around Holidays, Traffic Control, Heavy Snow Storms, Serious Flood, Ice Disaster, Earthquake, Power Failure and Bulk Orders. We appreciated for all your understanding when we are in the above situation. Our staffs would try hard to let you know your order's status ASAP.

2. Due to longer customs clearance times, Shipping times have been extended to a longer time for Brazil and other destination in Latin America.

3. Customers who want to ship to Brazil and Dominican Republic have to fill with CPF/CNPJ No. when place an order.

4. Customers who have multi-items with different Processing time in one order, Since we typically ship orders in a single package, unless otherwise stated, the total length of time it will take for you to receive your order should be calculated using the the longest estimated time for items in your order.
