dresses after shipping:
A. Due to the particularity of the commodity, HeleneBridal
accepts exchange or return in 24 hours after receiving, Please
inform us in 24 hours after receiving, then ship back the items in
48 hours after you get the approval of exchange or return. Any
overdue exchange or return won't be accepted.
B. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused
and with original condition and packaging.
C. If you think it's Our Company's mistake, You are asked to prove the problems by Photos or Other Evidence in 24hours after receiving which should be clearly showed and testified to Our Company's fault.
D. We will refund you as Graph listed below to you after we
check the situation of your returning products:

2. For Our's Reasons
For Our's Reasons you ask to return are: Mis-shipped
dresses, Wrong color dresses, Obvious wrong style We will give you a
Full Refund Or for reimbursing, we can remake a new one in free
charge for you after we get the older one from you that should be in
brand-new condition, unused and with original condition and
packaging.
3. About Size Issues
It is very desperate when we hear that your dresses are not fit to you on size, we are trying our best to avoid this kind of issues. There are many reasons to cause the unfitting size, for examples: Have not choose size refer to our standard size chart, You should know that the standard size chart varies in different companies; Wrong method of measuring; we make the size deviation when tailoring. Do not worry, we always keep 1inch space inside of seam on the dress, you can ask your local seamstress to alter for you easily. Before altering, you need to send us photos on original dress to prove who made the mistakes on size.
You need to pay the alteration fee to your local seamstress by yourselves if it is your mistake that gave us the wrong size;
We need to share the alteration fee equally to your local seamstress if the mistakes was made by both of us, you need to show us the Invoice;
If it was our company's mistake, we will offer two methods to deal with this size issue: 1. We would like to reimburse US$15.99 for you on altering; 2. You need to pay the postage yourselves when send us the dress back, we will alter for you or remake a new one and pay for the postage to send to you.
Remind: Do not tell us it is our company's mistake after you altered the dress and can not provide any photos in original dress to prove who made the mistake, we will not handle it if you are in this condition.
