How to Order

Step 1: Choose dress you prefered

(2) Please click the button "Make Spot-Order" if you want to buy goods in stock, the spot-order will be shipped to you in 24 hours.

• All of the Standard Sizes we offered for Spot-order are limited and listed in the Drop-down Menu. Refer to our Standard Size Chart.
• All of the colors we offered for Spot-order are limited, the colors will be listed in the Drop-down Menu after you choose Size. Refer to our Color Chart.
• You can click button "Calculate" to get the shipping cost.
• After choosing size and color, you can click button "ADD TO CART" to add the goods into Shopping Cart.

(3) If you can not find the dreamed dress in stock, you can make the Custom-order:

• The "Color" listed in the down-menu is the color we can make for you, Please refer to Color Chart.
• Some dresses which have belt will let you choose the "Belt Color" from down-menu.
• The "Size" down-menu showed all the Standard size, Please Refer to our Standard Size Chart.
• If you can not find the proper standard size, you can click "Custom measurements" to fill the custom-size. How to measure? Please Refer to our Measurement Guide.
  
• Our Processing time means Tailoring time plus Inspect & Package time, not include the shipping time, how to calculate the Shipping date? Please look at page: Shipping Date  Estimate, You can choose Processing Time in accordance with your schedule.
• Add Remark: Please feel free to leave us a message about your special request on this goods, Such as: Color for the accent part, Modification of Style, and so on.
• You can click button "Calculate" to get the shipping cost.
• Then you can click button "ADD TO CART" to add the goods into Shopping Cart.

Step 2: Shopping Cart

• All the details for the goods you will pay in Shopping cart are displayed.
• If you still want to shop more, you can click "CONTINUE SHOPPING".
• The Quantity (QTY) can be changed when you click the button beside the Number.
• If you want to delete one goods, Please click the button "Delete".
• The discounted price will be given to you once you order more than 2pcs a time, Please refer to how to get more discounts.
• Subtotal is counted only for all dresses price, You can calculate your shipping cost by choosing country.
• Then, you can click the button "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" to "Shipping address & Payment".

Step 3: Sign In or Register
 

• Please sign in with your registered email if you are our older customers.
• You can register an account if you are new customers to us, Please note that the email you registered must be valid and we will contact with you by this email which is very important to both of us!

Step 4: Shipping address
 

• If you are new customer to us, you have to fill with a new address.
• If you are older customer to us, you can choose the address you want, you can also click the buttons "Edit" and "Delete" to change something.

Step 5: Shipping Cost

• We have 2 shipping methods which are "Standard" and "Expedited" for you to choose. They give you different shipping time, you can choose either one according to your schedule.
• Please fill with Wedding/Prom Date which is optional to let us make an accordance.

Step 6: Payment

• We supply many methods for payment, They are PayPal, Credit Card, Western Union, Money Gram, Bank Transfer. You can choose an available payment method to pay us. For more details to refer to Payment Guide.

Step 7: Checkout

• Please click "return shopping cart" to modify your information if you need.
• The Grand Total is the total amount you need to pay, Please click "Checkout" to pay us and finish the order.
